Chat assistant (Gowi Nenda)

Gowi Nenda (ගොවි නැන්දා) is our automated assistant. It is powered by artificial intelligence, so its answers can be wrong. For anything important, such as an order or payment problem, please contact us directly. Please do not share card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in the chat.

We use your name, email and mobile number to start and manage your chat and to follow up on your question. We save your chats to answer your questions and to improve our service. We keep them for up to 12 months and then delete them.

Your messages are processed by our AI service provider so that Gowi Nenda can reply, and our forms are protected by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Sri Lanka.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your chats and contact details at any time by writing to [email protected].

Purchases and advertising partners

If you accepted marketing cookies, we share details of your purchase with Meta and Google so we can measure our adverts. This includes the order value and items, and your email address and phone number in a protected (hashed) form that cannot be read back. We save your cookie choice and the advert that brought you to us with your order.

If you did not accept marketing cookies, we share nothing about you or your order with Meta or Google. They handle the data under their own privacy policies and may process it outside Sri Lanka.
